Terms of Service are in place so that you, as the consumer, know your rights should anything go amiss with your order. I can assure you I will do my absolute best to ensure you receive quality products, excellent customer service, and a solution you are happy with, should anything not go to plan, but it is still important that you have all the details at your fingertips.

​Product Descriptions

Throughout this website products for sale show details of the materials used and dimensions available.  These descriptions should provide a clear and accurate description of the goods you will receive.

Photographs on this website are intended to provide you with an accurate impression of the finished product you are ordering.  Please be aware that there is a myriad of screen, monitor and mobile devices which may display colours slightly differently to the actual physical product.  Differences in the viewing quality of your device(s) are beyond the control of Minnie and Mag.

Ordering & Payment

Orders can only begin being processed upon receipt of full payment, including shipping costs. Minnie and Mag’s website Shop provides secure online payment using Stripe, a globally recognised secure payments processor.  To complete your order, you are required to tick a box at Checkout, signalling that you have reviewed and agreed to Minnie and Mag’s Terms & Conditions of Sale. 


All prices shown on this website are stated in Euro (€).  Credit card sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider. Refund amounts are also all quoted in Euro.   For information on the security measures in place to protect your data, please see Privacy Policy.

Price Changes

Minnie and Mag reserves the right to change product prices without notice.  It is always prudent to review pricing before making your purchase.  If you have any queries in this regard, please contact me.  I will be happy to assist you.  Email:  hello@minnieandmag.ie


Should there be any change in product or shipping pricing, I will do all I can to notify you of this in advance of changes taking effect.  I will do this via email notification, and through social media channels.  As with all recommendations within these Terms & Conditions, my advice would be to review details before ordering and contact me if you have a question.

Pricing Error

If a price has been stated incorrectly on this website, Minnie and Mag reserves the right to correct this error as soon as it becomes apparent.  Minnie and Mag does not have to sell the item(s) in question at the incorrect price and reserves the right to correct the amount, notify you of same and await your decision regarding how to proceed.  You have the right to cancel or receive a refund to the value of the incorrect amount.


Delivery of Orders

Once your order has been created, it will be shipped via An Post Untracked standard post.  Email:  hello@minnieandmag.ie.  Transit times vary depending on the destination of your order.  Typically An Post deliver within Ireland in 1-2 working days.  Other regions take longer and can take between 3-14 working days.  You will receive a notification of despatch when your parcel leaves here.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxes

Deliveries to areas outside the EU may be subject to customs charges, taxes and/or import duties which are charged at point of entry of that region.  Please be aware that Minnie and Mag are not responsible for payment of these charges.  These charges and/or duties are solely the responsibility of the person placing the order / the order recipient.

Processing of Orders

Once an order has been placed, delivery details and payment received, I will set about creating your requested design.  Items are generally ready for despatch within 2-3 working days.  At busier times of the year such as summer breaks and the run up to Christmas, processing times can take longer.  I will keep you updated on any potential delays via email, updates to this website’s information and on social media channels such as Instagram.


​Errors on Order

  • If You Have Provided Incorrect Details

Please carefully check the personalisation details you are providing before confirming your order.  Check name spellings, dates, and any other details you wish to have on your personalised order.  If you have provided incorrect details for your order, please contact me as soon as you realise. If I have not yet customised your order, I can stop, wait for your corrected details and proceed when you are happy.

If, however, the personalisation has been completed or sent, I cannot issue a refund.  By its nature, customised work cannot be resold as it is personalised to your requirements.  Should you wish to have a corrected order made, I can discuss doing this work at a discounted rate.  Do make contact me as soon as you can.

  • If the Error lies with Minnie and Mag

If I have made an error on your order, I will take full responsibility.  I will create a corrected design and deliver this to you, or your gift recipient, with my sincere apologies.  The cost of creating a corrected order, along with the shipping costs of same, will be my responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Minnie and Mag offer both Personalised and Non-Personalised Prints.  The ease with which I can process a cancellation depends on which type you have ordered and how quickly you contact me with your cancellation request.  Whatever the case, your best course of action is to contact me as swiftly as possible.  Email:  hello@minnieandmag.ie

  • Non-Personalised Orders

If you wish to cancel an order for a non-personalised print, please contact me as quickly as possible.  If your order has not yet been shipped, I will simply cancel your order (not ship it) and issue you with a refund. 

If your non-personalised order has been sent, I will need to wait for you, or your recipient, to receive it, and return it to me.  Once the order is returned to Minnie and Mag, and I can confirm it is in re-saleable condition, I will issue a refund for the original cost of your order.  Please note that you, or our gift recipient, will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  You are advised to keep a receipt or proof of shipping until such time as I can verify the condition of your returned order.

  • Personalised Orders

If you wish to cancel a personalised order, please contact me as swiftly as possible.  If I have not yet customised or shipped your print, I can stop further work and issue you with a refund.

If, however, the personalised print has been completed or sent, I cannot cancel this order or issue a refund.  By its nature, customised work cannot be resold as it is personalised to your requirements. Do make contact me as soon as you can. Email:  hello@minnieandmag.ie

Missing / Lost Packages

For deliveries within Ireland, sent via An Post untracked, please contact me if you have not received your order within 10 working days from date of despatch. Email:  hello@minnieandmag.ie

It may be worth checking with neighbours, or work colleagues in case they have received your parcel on your behalf and forgotten to let you know.  Failing that, please check for an “attempted delivery” card left by the postal worker.  Perhaps no one was home when the delivery was attempted, and you now need to collect from your local An Post depot.

Please always double check the delivery address you are providing when ordering.  It is advised that you use correct Eircode or Postal Codes to assist smooth delivery of your goods. 

Minnie and Mag cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping an order where incorrect delivery address details have been provided by you.

Damage In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify me as soon as possible.  This should not be more than 14 days from your receipt of your order. 

Photos of the damage will assist me in establishing the cause and extent of the damage.  Once in receipt of details and photos, I can work with you to secure a satisfactory solution. Email:  hello@minnieandmag.ie

Please do not return damaged goods to Minnie and Mag unless specifically asked to do so.  If I need you to return any goods, I will make this request in writing.  If asked to return goods, please do so using Standard An Post shipping and retain proof of shipping until I confirm that I have received and inspected the returned item.  I will be in touch with you again on receipt of returned item.

Care Instructions at Home

The quality of materials using in creating Minnie and Mag prints ensure the longevity of your chosen design.  You can safeguard their condition by following these care instructions.

  • Hang / Keep your chosen print out of direct sunlight
  • Do not hang/keep your print directly above radiators, or in damp prone areas
  • Use a gentle touch and non-abrasive products when cleaning the glazing and/or frame.
