What is the lead-time?
Most Personalised designs take 2-3 working days to prepare for despatch. Non personalised designs are normally ready to despatch within 1-2 working days.
Then, depending on your destination, please allow an additional few days shipping time. Please note that, busier times such as December, longer lead times may apply.
How long does Shipping take?
Orders are despatched via An Post and generally take the following time:
Within Ireland - 1-2 working days
Outside Ireland - 3-14 days, depending on destination.
Can my order be sent direct?
Yes! Minnie and Mag specialises in sending your gifts directly to your loved ones on your behalf. Simply add your notes and/or message for your recipient during the Checkout process and I will handwrite your gift message on your behalf. Please carefully check the delivery address details and provide an Eircode / Postcode / Zip code as necessary.
You will receive a Despatch email once your gift is on it's way. Please rest assured that no invoice / payment details are sent with your gift - simply love and good wishes!
What if I make a mistake with my order?
Please always double-check spellings, names, dates, and other details before submitting your order. If you have provided incorrect details, please contact me as soon as you realise. If I have not yet customised it, no problem - I can stop, wait for your corrected details and proceed when you are happy.
If your order has been completed or sent, I cannot issue a refund, because, by its nature, customised work cannot be resold. Do make contact with me though - we can chat through some options.
What types of prints are available?
The following styles are available, with more sizes to be added in 2024.

A4 Framed Print (210 x 297mm)
Frames are Solid Wood and made in Ireland from sustainable sources. Colours are Limed White and Black. More detail on Materials is available here
