Shipping and Delivery

It is important that all products and services are delivered to you, or your gift recipient in an efficient, timely manner.  Receiving your order in perfect condition is vital to providing you with a happy shopping experience.

​Deliveries by An Post

Orders are shipped via standard An Post Untracked post. I’ve found them to be very efficient and I trust you will too.  Deliveries within Ireland usually made within 1-2 days of despatch from here. Please allow for an extra few days at busier times of the year such as the run up to Christmas. 

You will receive a despatch notification when your order leaves here.

International orders ship with An Post too, with postage cost calculated at Checkout.  Transit times to international regions take longer – allow between 3 and 14 working days. 

If you need registered or express post, please contact me before completing your order.  I will contact you with the costs involved and will await your decision on shipping method.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxes

Areas outside the EU may be subject to customs charges, taxes and/or import duties which are charged at point of entry of that region.  Please be aware that Minnie and Mag are not responsible for payment of these charges.  These charges are solely the responsibility of the person placing the order / the order recipient.

Missing / Lost Packages

For addresses within Ireland, sent via An Post untracked, please contact me if you have not received your order within 10 working days from date of despatch. Email:

Top Tips

It may be worth checking with neighbours, or work colleagues in case they have received your parcel on your behalf and forgotten to let you know.  Failing that, please check for an “attempted delivery” card left by the postal worker or driver.  Perhaps no one was home when the delivery was attempted, and you now need to collect from your local Post Office / An Post depot.

Please always double check the delivery address you are providing when ordering.  It is advised that you use correct Eircode or Postal Codes to assist smooth delivery of your goods.  Unfortunately, Minnie and Mag cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping an order where incorrect delivery address details have been provided by you.

Damage In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify me as soon as possible.  This should not be more than 14 days from your receipt of your print.  Sending photos of the damage will assist me in establishing the cause and extent of the damage.  Once in receipt of details and photos, I can work with you to secure a satisfactory solution. Please do not return damaged goods to Minnie and Mag unless specifically asked to do so.  If I need you to return any goods, I will make this request in writing.  If asked to return goods, please do so using standard An Post shipping and retain proof of shipping until I confirm that I have received and inspected the returned item.  I will be in touch with you again on receipt of returned item.
